to address the lawsuit filed by St. Louis City Circuit Attorney

 

WHAT:
The Ethical Society of Police will host a press conference at 5 p.m. today to address the lawsuit filed by St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner and concerning practices and racial bias in the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. See below for the link to the conference outline.  

“The Ethical Society of Police (ESOP) hasn’t agreed with some of the decisions of the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney, Kimberly Gardner or any other elected or appointed official in the City of St. Louis; however, we will not dismiss the Circuit Attorney’s lawsuit as being unsubstantiated when it comes to the racial climate in the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD).”

Wednesday, January 15
5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.  

WHO:
The E.S.O.P President Sgt Heather Taylor will speak at the press conference.
Sgt Taylor will be available until 5:30 p.m. to answer questions.
Interviews will not be available outside of the conference.
