St. Louis County residents and SLCPD employees are encouraged to share their perspectives as the department reviews and updates its workplace harassment and discrimination policy. Input collected through this survey will play an important role in ensuring the policy reflects the department’s commitment to fairness, respect, and accountability.
The survey also provides an opportunity for participants to evaluate their interactions with the Police Department, offering valuable insight into how the community experiences police services.
