Media Topics & Interview Scheduling

ESOP has a unique perspective at the intersection of Black and Blue. On a local and national level, ESOP representatives have been a bold voice on a local and national scale, calling out systemic issue that have long been concealed.

ESOP representatives are often available for interviews and speaking opportunities about such topics as:

  • Systemic racism and inequitable practices in police departments
  • Preventing incidents of police brutality
  • Police issues specific to the St. Louis region
  • Mental health and policing
  • Improving police/community relations
  • Recruiting a more diverse workforce and more

Since ESOP board members typically work full shifts in their departments, if you are interested in interviewing an ESOP representative, please contact Rachel Brown on her cell phone at (805) 558-7975 or [email protected]
